It’s that time of year again, time to dig deep into your closets and deeper into your hearts to help us make winter a little warmer for those less fortunate in our community with our Winter Clothing Drive.
Cooper Equipment Rentals in conjunction with the local non-profit organization in Sudbury “Our Children Our Future” as well as community based organizations and industry are once again asking for your help and donations for gently used or new winter clothing items to help those in need this winter.
Far too many families struggle each and every day to make ends meet and provide the necessary warm clothing in our frigid and unforgiving climate here in Northern Ontario. This coming winter season is just around the corner and will be upon us before we know it. I’m sure that many of us have the basic necessities to brave the impending season but let’s think about those that aren’t as lucky or privileged as we may be.
Please help your neighbours to stay warm this winter by donating gently used or new winter clothes by dropping them off at Cooper Equipment Rentals located at 22 Pacific Avenue in Sudbury (beside Tim Horton’s on Lorne Street) or by calling us at 705-560-2960 to find out more information about designated public donation sites or to volunteer your time.
If you know of a person or family that could benefit from this campaign as a recipient, please have them contact the Lynne Ethier, Manager, Fundraising & Special Projects at Our Children Our Future for more information. Lynne can be reached at 705-677-0440 x223 or by emailing email@example.com
